The above described property will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Fall River County and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash or certified check within 5 business days of the sale, by the sheriff of Fall River County, at the front door of the Fall River County Courthouse in Hot Springs, South Dakota at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 6th day of August, 2020.

Public Service Reminder: Yield to Pedestrians in Crosswalks

Reminder: Motorists must YIELD to pedestrians in crosswalks.

City staff has observed near misses at the crosswalk right outside City Hall. The City of Hot Springs would like to remind residents and visitors alike that motorists must yield to pedestrians in crosswalks. Several intersections have reminder signs, but this state law applies to all crosswalks in town, including those without the reminder signs.

2020 Quorum Notice for 7-25-20 - Polynesian Dance and Singing Performance

This is to serve as notice that a quorum of the Hot Springs City Council may be in attendance at the Polynesian Dance and Singing performance on July 25th beginning at 7PM. The performance will be held at Centennial Park in Hot Springs, SD.
