– By #City of Hot Springs
The City of Hot Springs will be closing all City of Hot Springs facilities with the potential to have gatherings of 10 or more people, effective Monday, March 23, 2020, and until further notice, in accordance with Governor Noem's statewide instructions today.
This will include Evans Plunge Mineral Springs, The Mueller Civic Center and the Public Library. Recreation activities and classes have been suspended indefinitely or until such time as these restrictions are removed by direction of the Governor’s Office.
The Public Meetings regarding the suspended sidewalk that were scheduled for Tuesday, March 24 at 2:00pm and 6:00pm at the Mueller Civic Center, have been cancelled. However, the City is currently working to establish an online meeting option that the public will be able to view, join and participate in. Expect additional details to be posted on both our website, www.hs-sd.org, and our Facebook page, facebook.com/cityofhotspringssouthdakota, the near future.
